December 13th ABA Annual Meeting - Elections

Join ABA on Tuesday, December 13 for our annual meeting and elections. We’re back at the LCEO and are permitted to have up to 50 people and potluck food. We'll be voting on future officers. Make nominations by email (info@apalacheebeekeepers.com) and from the floor. There will be brief speeches by nominees. 

Bring a covered dish or finger foods, or desserts, enough to share. There will be electric outlets for crock pots, but any yummy treat to share is appreciated. Bring your serving utensils. ABA will provide plates, bowls, napkins, utensils and drinks. 

Don't forget some extra "folding" money for the end of the year raffle of beekeeping items you want. Come enjoy some fun and food with ABA.

We are voting on: president, vice-president, treasurer, secretary, and member-at-large

Voting is open to members in good standing.

Time: 6:30pm

It's the last meeting of the year and time to elect new officers for the Board of Managers 2023 Board. We will be meeting in person at the  Leon County Extension Office. Doors open at 6pm; the meeting starts promptly at 6:30pm
