About the Event
Tony Hogg, Master Beekeeper, will be joining us this month as the presenter for the May meeting. We'll be learning and talking about late splits and summer hive management, as well as tips and tricks for problematic queens and swarm control. Bring your questions and your confusion! If you're not confused, you're not keeping bees! Come at 5:30pm for open hives. ABA has some veils to share. Or bring your veil and whatever other bee gear makes you feel comfortable!
We’ll start the meeting inside the LCEO at 6:30 but COME EARLY (around 6 pm) AND SOCIALIZE!!
Meetings are free and open to the public so please RSVP above. When you RSVP, we'll know you're coming and we'll have your name badges to wear. Make plans to stay for the members-only raffle prizes at the end.
