Yep. If you're on your phone using the WIX app, click on the person icon. You can edit your profile name an upload an image. Easy-peasy. Similar if you're on a laptop or desktop. You have to login to the members only area to see your profile.
I'll look into it and let you know, but there should be an area if you go to your profile where you can do that. First person to ask this question so I don't have a ready-made answer! I'll try to get back to you soon.
