Looking at the weather forecast for the week ahead. A good possibility of rain early on with colder temps later in the week. Cold front will likely come with some wind. All in all, not a good week for bee foraging. Since most hives are already brooding up pretty well, there is a heavy daily demand for stores. Make sure that hives are not too light else colonies could get stressed or even starve. If feeding for reserves I use a heavier syrup (61%) so less energy is needed to gather and process.
