We are at the start of the nectar dearth. There may be very little around for your bees to forage on. To test that, put a few drops of honey on the landing board. If the bees are on it you know they are hungry. Regardless, in the next few weeks, at least until the fall comes you'll be needing to feed at some point. Lift the hive from the back to see if it feels light. If it does you should be feeding.
