2021 Honey Tasting Show - Rules and Entry Form

Just like last year, 2021 has proved to be a different kinda year so far. In keeping with that ABA is hosting a different kinda honey show. We hope to meet and greet you at the November 4-14 North Florida Fair. We'll display the honey entries there. We've created a fun, but safe, way for you to submit your entries in October.

Pack up your honey, drop off the entry at a local Extension Office and we'll announce the winner(s) in November.

This year, ABA honey competition will be judged via silent ballot by three judges. Anyone wishing to enter the competition must bring a separate container of honey for each entry with no distinguishing labels so that judging can be kept anonymous.

Entries should be dropped off in the ABA Honey Show drop box at their local County Extension office (addresses in the Rules pdf). Drop off starts October 1 and end October 31. Look for a flyer posted near the main entrance that describes where the drop off box is located. Please read (and abide) by the rules below.
